When this mom of four came into our office early in her pregnancy, she was already struggling.
By just 3 months in, she was dealing with intense sciatic pain in both legs and hips, along with
constant heartburn. It was affecting everything—walking, sleeping, and simply getting through the day. She had tried supplements, worked with her midwifery team, and was doing everything she could… but nothing was truly helping.
What stood out right away was this: her experience was real, and it was neurological.
When we performed her INSiGHT scans, we could clearly see patterns of stress and imbalance in her nervous system that aligned perfectly with what she was feeling. For the first time, she had answers—and a plan. As we began care, her body started to shift quickly.
Her nervous system began to regulate, and with that came improved mobility, reduced sciatic pain, better energy, and less stress on her body overall. For the first time in four pregnancies, she wasn’t just getting through it—she was actually able to enjoy it.
One of the most powerful parts of her journey came later in pregnancy. When a new pain showed up that others couldn’t explain, our team helped guide her to the right referral—ultimately leading to the discovery of kidney stones during early labor. Her body was communicating clearly, and she had the support to listen.
Today, she continues care postpartum and says she now understands when her body needs support—and how much better she feels when her nervous system is regulated.
Her story is such an important reminder:
Pregnancy doesn’t have to equal suffering. When the nervous system is supported, the body can adapt, heal, and function the way it was designed to.
