When Bobbi first walked through our doors in May 2025, her world had gotten very small.
For nearly 18 years, she had been battling POTS and anxiety. What started as health challenges had gradually become something that controlled her daily life. Panic attacks felt
unpredictable. Driving alone, going to the grocery store, attending her kids' activities, and even simple day-to-day tasks felt overwhelming—sometimes impossible. Sleep was
inconsistent, her energy was depleted, and her body felt stuck in a constant state of stress.
Her neurological scans confirmed exactly what she was feeling. Bobbi's nervous system was highly dysregulated, showing significant stress, poor adaptability, and imbalance throughout the autonomic nervous system. In our office, we often call this a "Perfect Storm" pattern—when the body is stuck in survival mode and unable to fully heal, recover, or regulate.
Care began by focusing on restoring balance and function to her nervous system, especially in the upper cervical region and key autonomic control centers. As her nervous system
started to regulate, Bobbi began noticing changes she hadn't experienced in years. Her anxiety became more manageable. Panic attacks became less frequent. Sleep improved. She felt calmer, happier, and more at ease in her own body. Her POTS symptoms became less intense, allowing her to regain confidence and independence. She began tolerating stress better and recovering from it faster.
Then came the bigger victories. Bobbi was able to return to working in the office. She started taking trips without panic attacks. She drove herself to appointments alone. She began showing up for her life again—more present, more capable, and more confident than she had been in years.
Even more surprising were the improvements she wasn't expecting. Her acid reflux improved so significantly that she is now in the process of coming off medication. Longstanding sciatica symptoms also began to ease as her body became more balanced and resilient.
One of the things Bobbi appreciated most throughout her healing journey was knowing she was never alone. From day one, she felt genuinely cared for by the Hope team. Every step forward—whether big or small—was celebrated, creating an environment where healing felt possible.
Today, Bobbi's progress scans show a nervous system that is more organized, adaptable, and resilient than where she started. More importantly, she says Hope Chiropractic has changed her life for the better.
She's sleeping better. Living more independently. Feeling happier. And after nearly two decades of struggling, she's finally getting her life back.
